Springs Orleans is proud to have Shyann Aguilar as our Executive Chef and Culinary Leader.
Shyann was born and raised in San Diego, California, which has influenced her style of cooking. She graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and shortly thereafter moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she became the Sous Chef at Springs Orleans under Executive Chef Jason Miller. After Chef Miller’s departure in 2019, Shyann was promoted to Executive Chef. Her passion for creating delicious and appealing dishes keeps patrons coming back time and time again.
One of Shyann’s other passions is community outreach. Keep an eye out for upcoming events where she works in conjunction with REACH Pikes Peak to help raise money for those who are on the brink of being homeless and are in need of assistance.
When Shyann is not cooking, she spends her time hiking in the mountains and playing with her feline friends.
